Fascist Police Brutality | Fucking Nazi Pigs = Fuck The Police!

Dylan Eleven | Truth11.com

On Truth11.com we do not highlight all the daily fascist police brutality, as the reports are so numerous we do not have time to post them all.  Needless to say there are huge amounts of police brutality being performed daily by the cowardly fascist nazi police force we have in the US, Canada, The UK and Australia, just to mention a few.    Cowards hiding behind a badge with a gun strapped to them,  enforcing fascist nazi rule instead of protecting the public.    Fuck the police.  Police deserve no respect at all.  If you are a police officer, do yourself a favour and quit and get a real job you fucking Nazi pig. Below is ongoing examples of fascist police brutality and murder:

Video Shows Rochester, NY Police officer Kneeing Pregnant Young Woman

Although the video is just over a year old, it’s still very much relevant when it comes to showing the Rochester, NY Police department’s history of abusing citizens, and, very disturbing to watch.

The video starts off with a young, pregnant woman being restrained by three Rochester Police officers in front a Chili Avenue grocery store.

An RPD officer then yells at the young woman’s mother “I don’t care how old she is!”

While it is not clear what led up to the incident, what is clear is what happens at the 30 second mark of the video.

Shortly after a voice off camera is heard telling the woman’s mother “They’re not supposed to be doing that to your daughter!”, a Rochester Police officer is seen kneeing the young woman in her stomach.

One would think that the last thing Rochester, NY Police officers would be taught in the police academy, would be to assault a pregnant woman, especially by delivering a blow to her womb, where her unborn fetus is growing, REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION.

Apparently, RPD officers are taught to do whatever they have to do, to restrain an individual, even kneeing a pregnant woman.

After all, what can you expect from a police force, and a Chief, who condones assaulting a disabled man in a motorized wheelchair, like Rochester Police officers did to Rochester, NY resident Benny Warr last week.

California Dad ‘Begged for his Life’ as Police Beat him to Death – Cell Phone Video Confiscated

A California father of four died Wednesday shortly after a group of police allegedly beat him with batons as he lay defenseless on the sidewalk. Cops, before confiscating witness’ cameras, also reportedly unleashed a canine unit on him.

David Sal Silva, 33, allegedly resisted when police approached him to ask if he was who neighbors called about to complain of an intoxicated man in the area. The officers called for backup and, witnesses told the Bakersfield Californian, Silva was soon being beaten in the face and upper body by as many as nine policemen and their batons. At least one of the cops reportedly held a German Shepherd on a leash nearby.

Witnesses who had recorded the events on their cell phone cameras had the devices confiscated by officers, who claimed the footage was part of a police investigation that could yield evidence. The Sherriff’s Department has released the names of seven officers who were on the scene, but the identities of the California Highway Patrol police who were also there have not yet been made public.

When I got outside I saw two officers beating a man with batons, and they were hitting his head so every time they would swing, I could hear the blows to his head,” said witness Ruben Ceballos, who told the Californian the noise was so loud it woke him up.

His body was just lying on the street and before the ambulance arrived one of the officers performed CPR on him and another used a flashlight on his eyes but I’m sure he was already dead.”

Police have refused to comment, citing an ongoing investigation that could take years to complete, but relatives have demanded the cell phone footage be made public.

My brother spent the last eight minutes of his life pleading, begging for his life,” said Christopher Silva, 31. “The true evidence is in those phone witnesses that apparently the sheriff deputies already took. But I know the truth will come out and my brother’s voice will be heard.”

An autopsy was completed Thursday but the cause of death’s release is pending a toxicology report and microscopic studies, the local coroner’s office told the Bakersfield Californian Friday.

The family has hired attorney David Cohn, who told reporters they plan to file a civil rights lawsuit in federal district court next week. He sent a letter formally requesting that law enforcement agencies do not tamper with the video evidence on the phones.

We all know that a picture is worth a thousand words,” Cohn said. “And thank God we have concerned citizens who take video and pictures of incidents like this and who are ultimately policing the police … But we will get to the bottom of this and I ask the sheriff’s department once again, what are you hiding?

In Sacramento, California, a man was beaten to death by police at a metro PCS store on Folsom Blvd. He sustained 10 blows to the head with a baton, after being handcuffed, as he was unarmed.

The police originally came after a worker at the store called, claiming the man was ‘talking incoherently’, and may be a threat, while he was unarmed.

When the police came, the man allegedly tried to barricade himself in the store, and resist being locked in a cage by police.

Following the police forcing him outside the store and handcuffing him on the ground, a female police officer proceeded to beat his head with a baton while he cried out in agony, as he was handcuffed and face down on the pavement.

While the police, in desperate defense of their official story, called this man ‘violent’, resisting being locked in a cage for what he may or may not have done, is known as self defense to many.

It appears even the slightest move, will grant you an instant death sentence from the constitution-less police of this new era.

Cops Being Trained That Cell Phones Could Be Guns

New tactic attempts to limit YouTube clips of police brutality

A recent case where a police officer attempted to seize a cell phone by claiming it could be a weapon underscores how cops are now being trained to treat phones as potential guns in an underhanded effort to prevent people from recording police activity.

As a result of the numerous legal cases that have proven recording police officers is not a crime, authorities are getting more creative in attempting to stop abuse by law enforcement offices ending up as a viral video on YouTube.

In the clip above, Detective Shannon Todd of the Newark Police Gang Unit approaches a man who is recording a police stop on his cell phone, ordering him to, “put your phone down, put it in your pocket.”

Despite acknowledging that the device is a phone, when the man refuses to follow the unlawful order, Todd remarks, “I need to hold on to it,” before stating, “May I look at it and inspect it to ensure it’s not a firearm.”

“The truth is, she feared being the victim of a viral Youtube video instead of a fatal bullet, which is why she ordered the citizen to place his hands behind his back,” writes Carlos Miller.

Miller cites three other separate cases where police have attempted to stop an incident being recorded by claiming that a flip camera or a cell phone could be a lethal weapon, one where a Sony Bloggie camera was confiscated by Hialeah police officer Antonio Sentmanat in South Florida, another where San Diego police officer Martin Reinhold slapped a cell phone out of a man’s hands and arrested him for recording while the officer was writing a citation for smoking in an unauthorized area, and a third where a cop in Arkansasseized a Adam Pringle’s phone while he was recording the Exxon oil spill outside Little Rock.

“Reinhold told Pringle that he had specifically been trained to assume cell phones could be guns, which is apparently a training lesson being taught at police departments throughout the country,” writes Miller, adding that this is, “obviously a tactic meant to dissuade video recording rather than ensure officer safety.”

The rest of the incident in Newark consists of police attempting to intimidate the man against recording proceedings, as you can see in the clip below.

Cop on Video: “I Hurt People and Then I Make Their F#%*ing Cocaine Appear”

It seems as if every day now there is a new story of someone catching extreme police brutality on camera.  The sad truth of the matter is that this happens a lot more than everyday, it probobly happens many times each hour all throughout the country.  Many times it takes months, possibly even years for the evidence to finally see the light of day.  In this case in Canada, it took about 2 years.

The Star reported that:

A Durham Region police officer threatened to beat up a man and plant cocaine on him during a one-sided, expletive-filled confrontation, a graphic video shows.  “I hurt people . . . and then I make their cocaine f—ing appear,” the armed constable barks into the face of the burly, young man. “You see how I work. . . . See what I do.”

The 8½-minute video, which appeared recently on YouTube, also features the constable appearing to provoke the bald man into hitting him during the sometimes tense grilling beside a house in Oshawa in late 2011.  The Star is not aware of the context of the incident outside what is seen in the video.

The video can be seen below:

It is obvious in the video that the cop is just itching to have a violent confrontation, to the point of begging for a reason to use violence.  This is extremely common, if you are ever sadistic enough to watch a show like cops you will always hear them talk of the “adrenaline rush” that they get when wielding force over their neighbors.

Sadly, “I hurt people and then I make their f#%*ing cocaine appear”, could be the most honest words ever by spoken by a drug war cop.

‘Watch the stampede of NYPD at a 135th Street subway station when Clive Utter, 31, allegedly jumped the turnstile. After he was slammed into the wall, dropped onto the floor and cuffed by a mob of at least 25 officers – and after a bystander exercising his constitutionally protected right to film the mayhem was forced out to the street – Utter was charged with resisting arrest, criminal trespass, theft of service, and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Your tax dollars at work. And a good place for budget cuts.’

Shock Video: California Police Break Into Home, Taze Victims

Homeowner to cops: “Martial law has not been established in this country”

Paul Joseph Watson

In perhaps one of the most shocking police brutality videos of recent years, police in Cotati, California respond to a call about “domestic violence” by kicking down the door of a man’s home before tazing him and his wife as they scream in agony.

The video begins with the cops standing on the man’s front lawn looking in through the window having responded to a report of a noise disturbance called in by neighbors. Despite the fact that the couple are obviously not at loggerheads and no harm is coming to anybody, the police announce that they are going to break into the house without a warrant.

“Why are you guys not coming out?,” asks one of the officers, bemused at the fact that someone wouldn’t follow orders.

“Because we don’t live in a police state, sir. Martial law has not been established in this country,” responds the homeowner.

The officer then orders the couple to get down on the ground and put their hands behind their backs, adding, “We’re gonna kick in the door.”

The cops kick down the door and enter the home with guns drawn as the homeowner exclaims, “You have no right to be in here!”

Despite the fact that the woman clearly has her hands in the air, a cop tazes her as she screams out in pain. The man is then also tazed.

The video clip has caused shockwaves across the Internet and has already gone viral along with an outpouring of support for the family.

However, others have expressed support for the police, claiming that the cops couldn’t see the children at the home and therefore didn’t know that they weren’t in danger. Under this scenario, the 4th amendment and probable cause are non-existent and the police can just break into your house and attack you in the name of “protecting the children” at any time.

“The police are allowed to kick in your door when they request you come outside to talk and you refuse and they were called to the residence because of domestic abuse,” wrote one respondent.

In reality, under Florida v. J.L. (March 28, 2000), “the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed that anonymous tips are not sufficient grounds to constitute probable cause for a search. Judge Ginsburg, writing for the Supreme Court, stated, “Such an exception would enable any person seeking to harass another to set in motion an intrusive, embarrassing police search of the targeted person simply by placing an anonymous call.…”

“Who is the victim in this case? It’s not the children, who were peacefully playing in the front yard and in the home. And neither homeowner had raised a hand to the other,” writes Mac Slavo.

“In fact, the victims were the residents of the home, whose private property had been violated. The individual recording the video was reportedly tazed, detained and then arrested by police. For what?”
