The Next Generation Weather Radar (NEXRAD) System | Hurricane Helene + Frequency Transmissions

This is the official explanation of NEXRAD towers.

The Next Generation Weather Radar (NEXRAD) system is a network of 160 high-resolution S-band Doppler weather radars jointly
operated by the National Weather Service (NWS), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the U.S. Air Force. The NEXRAD system
detects precipitation and wind, and its data can be processed to map precipitation patterns and movement. ~ ncei.noaa.gov

This is a video of the NEXTRAD towers in action during hurricane Helene.

Does this look like these towers and their radiation pulse is sensing the hurricane as they suggest they are doing or pushing and manipulating it?

These towers are pulsing which is their stated procedure: we can see that in the video, the question is does this massive radiation pulse just sense the hurricane or is this proof of weather manipulation?.

When clouds are seeded with heavy metals, radiation can affect it. Bottom line.

To me it is clear, this shows radiation towers affecting the hurricane, I don't personally buy the official explanation of sensing only.

Here are some screen shots taken when exploring the ncei.noaa.gov NEXTRAD site. Some links don't actually take you anywhere.

The plot thickens.
